I know what it feels like to be stuck—burned out, dieting on repeat, and still battling stomach pain. For years, that was my reality.
In 2008, I hit rock bottom: sick, exhausted, and pre-diabetic at 170lbs. I didn’t just gain the typical ‘Freshman 15’ in college, I doubled it.
Determined to heal, I lost 30 lbs, but the cycle of fatigue and frustration continued. In 2018, I left my HR career, became a certified Health Coach and full-time Fitness Instructor, and discovered the missing piece: my IBS.
That breakthrough became the foundation for Fit Gut Wellness. My mission is to help women with sensitive stomachs find lasting health—without giving up their favorite foods or joy.
Today, I’ve supported over 200 women in losing weight, boosting energy, and creating routines that last. As a proud Filipina-American, I believe in sustainable wellness with room for lumpia, tacos, and celebration.
