A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Like many women, I spent years battling burnout, yo-yo dieting, and frustrating stomach issues. I left my EdTech career to prioritize my health, becoming a certified health coach and nutritionist.

Over the past five years, I’ve helped 200+ women lose weight and build sustainable wellness habits—ditching fad diets for real, lasting change.

My own gut health remained a mystery until I learned I have IBS. That turning point inspired me to create Fit Gut Wellness, where I help others navigate sensitive stomachs without sacrificing fitness goals or food joy.

As a proud Filipina-American, I believe in balance—enjoying crispy lumpia and late-night tacos while prioritizing gut health.
